*** Payment Conditions ***

Payment for accommodation must be made within 14 days of booking and prior to accommodation being taken. If payment not received within 14 days the room will be reallocated to the next party wishing accommodation.

*If you email a booking through, the booking officer will attend to it as soon as it is practicably possible.  Remember our booking officer is a voluntary position and is  not  "on call" 24 hours per day.

Reminders:
Avoid Disappointment : try to anticipate your accommodation needs and contact the Booking Officer a few weeks before you need accommodation.  The lodge is already booking fast.

There are far more vacancies for Sunday nights Through to Thursday nights than there are for weekends.  Members (or their guests) who are shift-workers should give mid-week visits consideration.

The lodge sleeps 34 People. During the winter, to make the most of our resources, depending on bookings you may be required to share a room. If you are attending with friends in the winter, please consider sharing a room with your friends to allow others to make the most of our ski season.

For "whole of lodge" bookings enquire with the booking officer.

WHAT TO BRING

You are required to bring your own bedding such as sheets, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags or what ever you prefer. Our rooms are not serviced and bedding, linen etc is not supplied.

There is a laundry with washing machine, an outdoor clothes line and internal drying room for wet ski gear etc.

** IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR BOOKINGS **

One of the categories below must apply to use the club premises

  • Be a member or ex member of an emergency service
  • Be a club member
  • If staying as a guest you must be recommended by a member of Vic Pol or by a current financial club member - when submitting booking requests the recommending person’s details MUST be supplied

    For all bookings the following time lines apply.

    "Foundation and Life members" may book 4 months in advance
    and 2 months in advance for their guests.

    "General club members" may book 3 months in advance
    and 2 months in advance for their guests.

    "Guests" may book 2 months in advance.

    Accommodation must be paid for within 14 days of booking being accepted in order to confirm the booking. If bookings are not confirmed the dates will be re advertised as vacant.

A weekend is a "Friday and Saturday night" assuming departure Sunday.

Important Family Booking Guidelines.
There are NO FAMILY RATES for Winter and the "Season" commences from the 1st of June to the  30th September inclusive .
As of the 1st April 2011 a family booking can only be made for the exclusive use of one room.  If you require beds that exceed the capacity of a room then individual rates for each extra person apply at the appropriate member or guest rate. 

Family definition
A family are those persons under 18 yrs of age that appear on your Medicare card or those you have nominated as family on your current family club membership form.
